WSJJ+ ("the app", "we", "us") is published by Le Ngoc Minh, trading as Icedstudio, a company registered in Poland. The app is distributed worldwide through the Apple App Store and Google Play. This policy explains how the app and the website at icedstudio.pl/wsjjhelper handle your information.
We do not collect any personal data. WSJJ+ is designed to run fully offline. Specifically, the app does not:
Because nothing is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data for us to store, share, or lose.
To do its job, the app saves your learning data locally on your device only — for example, the chapter you selected, your review history and schedule, streaks and statistics, and your app settings. This information never leaves your device and is not visible to us.
This local data is stored within the app's private storage. If you delete the app, this data is removed by your operating system along with it. You can also reset your progress from within the app's settings.
WSJJ+ does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social-media software development kits (SDKs). We therefore do not share data with any third party, because none is gathered in the first place.
Note that your download of the app is handled by Apple or Google through their respective stores. Any data those platforms collect as part of distributing or purchasing apps (for example, aggregate download counts) is governed by their privacy policies, not this one.
WSJJ+ is suitable for learners of all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. As no data is collected, the app poses no data-privacy risk to children.
Privacy laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) give you rights over your personal data, including the rights to access, correct, or delete it. Because WSJJ+ holds no personal data about you on our systems, there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase. The learning data on your device is fully under your control — you can clear it in the app's settings or by deleting the app.
If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this policy and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected in an app update where appropriate. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
