These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Le Ngoc Minh, trading as Icedstudio, a company registered in Poland ("we", "us"), governing your use of the WSJJ+ mobile application ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial learning. This licence does not transfer any ownership of the app to you.
WSJJ+ is provided free of charge. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Because the app is free, no payments are taken and no refunds arise. If this ever changes, any paid features would be clearly disclosed before purchase and handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their payment and refund policies.

The app, including its design, text, graphics, motifs, and software, is owned by Le Ngoc Minh / Icedstudio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Study content is provided for personal educational use. "WSJJ+" and associated branding are marks of Icedstudio. Japanese-language teaching material referenced by the app remains the property of its respective rights holders; the app is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any textbook publisher.
WSJJ+ runs entirely offline and collects no personal data. Your learning progress is stored only on your device. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Your download and use of the app is also subject to the terms of the store you obtained it from (the Apple App Store or Google Play). Where those store terms apply, the following also hold: the app is licensed, not sold, to you; Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or for providing any support or maintenance for it; and, for iOS, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific study requirements. WSJJ+ is a learning aid and does not guarantee any particular educational outcome, exam result, or level of language proficiency.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. When we revise these Terms we will change the "last updated" date above; continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time without liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. Where required by local law, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of your place of residence.
